Debbie Dabbs

PT, DPT, M. Ed

Debbie obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science as well as a Master of Education degree from the University of Georgia. After teaching Health and Physical Education for 7 years, she then received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Winston-Salem State University followed by her transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University. She has worked in a variety of settings in physical therapy including acute care, outpatient, nursing home, and spent many years providing home health services in Rockingham County. Along with her physical therapy career, she frequently teaches tumbling and sport specific skills to children of all ages as well as provides personal training. As a former collegiate gymnast and cheerleader at the University of Georgia, her passion is skill development and functional physical therapy. Other than her strong passion for work, Debbie enjoys traveling with her husband, Dr. John Dabbs and celebrating all seasons of life with her twin boys, Will and Tyler and soon to be daughter-in-law Peyton Beaman. Her twin boys are recent graduates of NC State University, where they played 4 years of college football. Tyler currently works of Arthrex selling orthopedic medical devices and is getting married in August 2022. Will is getting ready to start Medical School at UNC in July 2022.

Nathan Kelley

PT, DPT

Dr. Nathan Kelley is a physical therapist with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy obtained from Duke University. In 2019, Nathan obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science with a concentration in Physiology from UNC at Pembroke. Nathan has special interests in neurological conditions, pediatrics, and sports therapy. Nathan is an Eden native and excited to come back home to live in the community. When Nathan is not working, he enjoys being active, spending time with his wife, Hannah, his daughter Ellie, and being a foster parent to his other kid(s).

Brittany Rumley

PTA

Brittany is an Eden native and graduated from Morehead High School in 2008. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from UNC Greensboro in 2013 and earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Guilford Technical Community College in 2016. She has been practicing as a Physical Therapist Assistant for the past 6 years in an outpatient setting and worked with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions. She is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals and regain the confidence they need to live the life they desire. Brittany enjoys running, working out, watching sporting events, and spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Petey.

Logan Swain

Office Manager

Logan is a Rockingham County native from Madison. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May of 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a Fitness Professional concentration along with a minor in Coaching Education. Logan plans to attend physical therapy school in 2024. Outside of work, Logan is assistant cheerleading coach at McMichael High School and enjoys cooking, baking, and traveling.

Lorena Alvarez

PT Tech

Lorena is currently a student at Guilford Technical Community College and will be transferring to Elon University in the Fall of 2023. She plans to major in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations, along with a minor in Economics. She is expected to graduate in 2025. Outside of work, Lorena enjoys hiking with her family and trips to the beach.
